Analysis

GPPO analyse the build up process, starting from the first assembly in the body in white shop until the complete car reaches final assembly. By means of elements including measurement analysis, we suggest the plan of action necessary to achieve the required quality.

Tolerance calculation

Regarding clamping concepts, part tolerances, geo weld spots and build up sequences, we create a tolerance calculation 2D or 3D (3DCS) for body in white, interior and exterior. During these stages we are also able to process problems and suggest problem avoidance solutions

Digital Simulation

For the purposes of process visualization we utilize 3D-animation.

Variation evaluation

Varying versions of individual processes are examined by us and judged for their profitability characteristics. In this way an unprofitable operation sequence can be promptly avoided to focus on more favorable solutions.
